The Energetic Impact of Memorial Day
Good morning, and welcome to Tuesday Talks at 10:30 recap. A sacred space where we talk all things spiritual, from meditation to mediumship, grief, healing, abundance, and more. If this is your first time here, place a 1 and I personally welcome you. And thank you to all those returning. This month we have been talking about abundance, creativity, joy, manifesting, beauty, and creation. Today, we are only a few days away from Memorial Day. A sacred day of remembrance.
Let’s explore Memorial Day not only to honor the fallen but to enter into a deeper spiritual understanding of what their sacrifice means for us — not just historically, but energetically, emotionally, and collectively. A day that signifies the sacred nature on a spiritual level of sacrifice.
Sacrifice is one of the most sacred acts a human being can make. It is not simply the giving of a life…it is the offering of one’s entire being for the sake of others. A spiritual gesture that transcends time, transcends the physical world, and enters the realm of the eternal.
Those we honor stepped into a level of service that most of us will never be asked to face. They stood in the space between danger and safety, chaos and peace, fear and freedom; and they chose to serve anyway. That choice is not ordinary or casual. But one rooted in love, in service, and in the belief that freedom is worth protecting.
Because at its core, sacrifice is an act of love. Not the soft, sentimental kind…but the fierce, courageous, unwavering love that says: ‘Your life matters. Your freedom matters. Your future matters — enough for me to give everything.’ I will protect you.
This kind of love is spiritual in nature. It is the highest vibration of service. It is the soul saying, ‘I am willing to expand beyond myself for the good of others.’
And here is the profound truth: Sacrifice does not end with the moment it is made. It becomes energy. It becomes legacy. It becomes light. An energy like this cannot be destroyed, only transformed. So, the courage of the fallen becomes a frequency that continues to move through our nation. Their devotion becomes the current that strengthens our communities. Their love becomes a field of protection that surrounds us even now.
We feel it when we stand in silence. We feel it when we place a hand over our heart. We feel it when we see a flag waving in the wind. We feel it when we remember that is a sacred gift they offered to each of us.
I believe this sacrifice to be sacred because it gives the ability to broaden our horizons of opportunity. It amplifies our gratitude, our awareness. It enlarges our responsibility to live with purpose. And so, as we honor them, we do more than remember. We receive the energy they left behind — the energy of courage, of service, of love — and we allow it to grow within us. Their energetic footprint that continues. It becomes a light force, an energetic legacy is the imprint a life leaves behind — not in stone, not in history books, but in the invisible field of human consciousness. It is the vibration of a person’s choices, their courage, their values, and their love, continuing to move through the world long after their physical presence is gone.
The ones who served not to simply live and die; they imprinted something on the collective soul of our community. Every act of courage leaves a frequency. Every act of service leaves a resonance. Every act of sacrifice leaves a light. And that light does not fade. It travels. It expands. It touches people who never knew their names.
Their energetic legacy is present in the freedoms we wake up to each morning. It is in the opportunities our children have. It is present in the safety we often take for granted. It is present in the unity we feel when we stand together in remembrance. Energy is eternal. Making their legacy is eternal.
When a soldier stands for something greater than themselves, that energy becomes part of the spiritual architecture of our nation. It becomes woven into the fabric of who we are. It is in our spiritual DNA. It becomes a guiding force — a quiet whisper that reminds us to be brave, to be kind, to be grateful, to be aware. Their energetic legacy is not a memory. It is a living presence.
There is a sacred fire at the heart of every act of service… a fire that does not burn the body but illuminates the soul.
When a soldier gives their life, that fire does not go out. It rises.
It rises like the flame of an eternal torch, steady against the winds of time, refusing to be extinguished by loss or distance or death.
It rises like the ember of devotion carried from one generation to the next — glowing in the stories we tell, warming the freedoms we enjoy, lighting the path we walk.
It rises like smoke from a sacred fire, spiraling upward in a dance older than memory, carrying with it the prayers of families, the gratitude of a nation, and the unspoken promise that their sacrifice will not be forgotten.
This fire is not destructive. It is transformative.
It burns away indifference and ignites awareness.
It burns away division and sparks unity.
It burns away complacency and awakens purpose.
A soldier’s spirit becomes part of this sacred fire — a flame that expands each time we choose courage, each time we choose compassion, each time we choose to live a life worthy of their gift.
And so, the fire grows — not in heat, but in light.
Not in destruction, but in illumination.
Not in consuming, but in expanding.
This is the sacred fire of sacrifice: a fire that rises, a fire that guides, a fire that lives on in every heart that remembers.
It is the courage that rises in us when we face our own challenges. See the way the world has evolved for each of us. It is the compassion that we feel when we see someone in need. It is the unity we feel when we put aside our differences and remember what truly matters. Their legacy is not only behind us…it is within us. And every time we choose to live with purpose, every time we choose to serve, every time we choose to open our hearts, we activate that legacy. We carry it forward. We amplify it. We become the continuation of their light.
Memorial Day is not simply a date on the calendar. It is a threshold, a moment when the veil thins and we are invited to feel the echo of lives lived with courage, devotion, and purpose.
Monday, I ask that we pause. We breathe. We remember. Feel the presence of their energy within us. Allow it to expand. Feel the frequency that continues to vibrate through each of us, through our communities, and us as a nation. Energy never dies. Courage never dies. Love never dies. It transforms. It grows. It becomes part of the collective field we all live in. We can choose to use this energy in a positive way to continue their story.
Have you ever considered Memorial Day as a portal of expansion? This day acts as a spiritual portal. When we pause to remember, we expand our capacity to feel. We are invited to open our awareness, to open our hearts, to honor the fallen, to become more aware of our understanding of service. We deepen gratitude when we reflect on their courage. And in those moments when our energetic field widens, we walk into our own courage. We are calling on the elders to bring mindfulness to the path that was created for us.
This day is not just about looking back. It is about opening ourselves to what their lives continue to teach us. And what our lives can then teach future generations. What energetic legacy do you want to leave in this world? Memorial Day is an invitation to step into a larger version of ourselves. One this is more grateful, more conscious, more connected.
Abundance is born in this sacred act of sacrifice. Not the abundance of things, but the abundance of freedom, opportunity, safety, and possibility. The abundance we experience as a nation did not appear by accident. It was cultivated. It was earned. It was paid for.
Every fallen hero planted a seed — a seed of freedom, a seed of hope, a seed of possibility. And like all seeds, their sacrifice grew into something larger than themselves. We live in the harvest of their courage. Every choice we make, every dream we pursue, every opportunity we have — these are the fruits of the seeds they planted. And so, the question becomes: What will we do with the abundance we have inherited? How do we continue to raise the vibration?
Service does not end with the act itself. It ripples outward. One act of courage can touch generations. One random act of kindness. One life lived with purpose can inspire thousands. One movement forward can create a legacy that shapes the future. The men and women we honor created ripples that continue to move through time. Their service continues through our freedoms. Their devotion adds to our opportunities. Their love rises through our unity. We are living inside the ripple effect of their lives.”
A moment of stillness and thought is all I ask. I’d like to invite you into a moment of stillness, presence. Not a moment of sorrow; but a moment of gratitude. Let us breathe together. Inhale the abundance around you. Exhale gratitude for those who made it possible. Let’s feel the spirit of the energies within us. Let’s make it contagious. Sharing the heart of service, the opening of the spirit, the deepening of our awareness. Let us honor them not only with silence but with presence. Let’s agree to live with purpose. And turn this memory into momentum.
Memory is sacred. But momentum is our responsibility. We honor the fallen not only by remembering them, but by living in a way that honors and enforces the values they died protecting. We honor them by choosing unity over division. By choosing courage over comfort. By choosing service over self‑interest. By choosing purpose over passivity. Their spirit lives, calls us forward. Their sacrifice asks something of us. Their legacy invites us to rise. We are the continuation of their story.
When a soldier falls, their spirit does not descend into darkness, it rises into light.
It rises like the first breath of morning, lifting the horizon from shadow into gold.
It rises like a flag catching the wind, not pulled by force, but carried by something unseen…something steady, something eternal.
It rises like the sound of a distant trumpet, clear, unwavering, calling us to remember who we are and what we stand for.
It rises like smoke from a sacred fire, spiraling upward, carrying prayers, memories, and gratitude into the vastness of the sky.
It rises like a bird breaking free from the treeline, wings open, unbound, moving toward a horizon we cannot yet see but can somehow feel.
It rises in the hearts of those left behind. It is in the mother who whispers their name, in the child who carries their smile, in the friend who still feels their laughter echoing in quiet rooms.
It rises in the spaces between our breaths, in the stillness where memory becomes presence, and presence becomes blessing.
A soldier’s spirit rises not away from us, but through us, lifting us, expanding us, reminding us that courage is not buried; it is reborn.
And every time we choose unity over division, compassion over indifference, purpose over passivity, their spirit rises again.
Rising in us. Rising with us. Rising for us.
As we close this sacred time together, may we carry with us the light of those we honor. May their courage expand within us. May their devotion inspire us. May their sacrifice awaken us. May their legacy guide us.
And may we walk from this day with hearts wide open, expanded in gratitude, and in compassion, in purpose, in the abundant spirit of those who gave everything.
May we remember. May we honor. May we fully live a life we love and love the life we live.
And may the blessings of peace, unity, and expansion be upon us all.
Let's do more than thank them for their service. Let's hold their sacred energy and continue to live in it.
