Becoming Available for Abundance
Welcome to the Tuesday Talks recap. We come together every Tuesday to offer hints to help you align your energy with practices that keep you mindful of being or becoming the best version of yourself. We cover various topics, from mediumship readings, grief, meditation, mindfulness, spiritual growth and more. For anyone new, this is a safe space that invites you to reconnect with your higher self. A space where no judgement is made. There is mothering you have to prove. I ask that you relax, open your heart and mind and allow the words that need to be heard, fall upon your heart with grace. Welcome back to those returning.
This month’s topics are abundance, creativity, manifesting, beauty and expansion.
Have you ever noticed that the moments you felt most abundant had nothing to do with money…and everything to do with how alive you felt?
Because abundance is not something we chase. It is something we become available for.
“Nature never apologizes for expanding.
Flowers do not question whether they deserve to bloom.
The ocean does not ask permission to rise with the tide.
And yet somehow, humans are taught to shrink before they receive.”
Abundance is energy. And energy needs expansion. Let’s dig into expanding your thought process instead of shrinking.
Most people try to manifest from survival energy instead of expansion energy.
Fear constricts the nervous system. Tenses your body.
Scarcity makes you hold tight with a grip from fear of loss.
Desperate for a solution. Your clarity is confused.
Abundance begins when we stop living from emotional confinement. Stepping out of our comfort zone.
Expansion is not becoming someone else. We believe we need to be something other than ourselves. We believe our worth does not deserve good things to come our way. What is the source of those thoughts? Is it a learned trait? Do you find yourself comparing your growth to others? Is that ego?
I’m suggesting to you, believe that you are becoming large enough to hold what your soul has already been asking for.
When we shrink ourselves, we
Staying invisible
Overthinking
Saying “maybe later”
Waiting to feel worthy first
Believing, receiving, must be earned through exhaustion
Here are ways to start the process. Expansion is growth and stepping out of the comfort zone:
Speaking the idea out loud — you could say let’s bounce some ideas
Creating before perfection. This is stepping into fullness as you are creating
Allowing joy without guilt — celebrating the victories, large or small
Taking up energetic space by radiating your energy
Letting yourself be seen — owning
What in your life is currently asking to grow… but keeps meeting the monster of your fear?
The monster of fear refuses to see the beauty that surrounds life.
The myth of beauty is that it is vanity. It is skin deep. However, true beauty is not superficial. It is the essence that reminds the soul that life is still worth opening to. Becoming aware of the magnificence of all the possibilities before you ignites energy from within and around your world. It slows down breathing and allows you to expand. Beauty is a frequency, not a luxury.
Beauty changes our energetic state.
softens survival mode
reconnects us to inspiration
opens receptivity
reminds the nervous system it is safe to receive
It is adding small things like:
candles
flowers
music
sacred spaces
clothing that makes you feel radiant
nature
meaningful rituals
Let’s change the way we think…Beauty is not shallow. It is medicine for the spirit. And…When we are disconnected from beauty, we often disconnect from possibility. Beauty is also part of self-love to self-worth.
Many people postpone looking for the radiance of life until after healing, after success, after the breakthrough. But beauty itself can become part of the healing energy. Not a decoration or how someone looks, but the communication from the soul to the mind. It tells the body, you are safe and the body softens. The nervous systems takes and exhales. The spirit remembers that there is more to life than survival. Beauty interrupts emotional numbness.
A room feels different when a candle is lit.
A moment in nature, with the sun in your face can quiet the chatter of the mind
A bad day changes when music fills the space
Fresh flowers alter the emotional atmosphere of a room.
Nature instantly shifts you into presence.
All these little things, small changes can help to expand your willingness to see all the beauty that surrounds you. Living too long in stress, grief, burnout, or scarcity, we stop expecting the splendor, the charm, and the grace that awaits our receptiveness. And eventually we stop expecting goodness too.
But beauty reopens the heart. It reminds us life is still creating. Still moving. Still offering. Beauty is a form of self-respect.
Many people deny themselves beauty because they think it must be earned.
Don’t wait for a special occasion to buy the flowers, wear the outfit, decorate the room, start the dream, or celebrate yourselves. Because what if beauty was never meant to be a reward? What if it was nourishment?
The environments we create quietly tell our nervous system what we believe we deserve. Beauty creates magnetic energy that pulls us out of contraction. When we feel connected to beauty we often become more inspired, creative, open, and magnetic.
You manifest differently when your energy says:
Life is happening to me…
versus
Life is flowing through me.
A flower does not bloom because someone guarantees it applause. It blooms because blooming is its nature.
And humans are not that different. We are meant to create beauty, experience beauty, and become beauty in the way we live, love, speak, and create.
Creation is how we partner with the universe — how do we expand our energy, our world….
Manifestation is not passive wishing. Or out of fear. It is co-creation. The universe responds to movement. Creation is movement.
shifts stagnant energy
signals readiness
awakens identity
opens pathways
Things you can create
writing
art
business ideas
planting gardens
building community
cooking
speaking
designing a new life
Creation does not require mastery. It is not perfection. Ask any artist, florist, painter, designer if they are completely happy with the outcome of what they have created. Most will point out the small flaws instead of seeing the finished item.
You do not have to wait to become confident before you create. Confidence is often born within the action, because we created.
Being creative, tells the universe:
I trust life enough to participate in it.”
Expansion + Beauty + Creation
Expansion opens the door.
Beauty raises the frequency.
Creation anchors the manifestation into reality.
Abundance is not always money arriving from the sky. Sometimes abundance first appears as an idea. A conversation. A new desire. A sudden feeling that your life is meant to become larger
And:
The soul expands before the physical world catches up.
Maybe abundance was never about becoming more valuable. Maybe you were already valuable…and the real journey was learning to stop shrinking around what you were meant to receive.
Your life changes the moment you stop asking, “Am I allowed to receive?’
And begin asking, ‘What wants to be created through me now?’” To live the life I love and love the life I live.
Many blessings to you as you rethink abundance.
