Go Ask Alice

Welcome, everyone. I’m so grateful you’re here for the Tuesday Talks at 10:30 recap. This is a moment in time created several years ago. It is meant to be a safe space to explore your spiritual path. We touch upon many subjects, from grief to connecting to spirit and our higher selves, stone energy, and so much more. We talk about how to come back home to ourselves when we feel that we've gotten off track. But this is that place where you can sit without judgment, without fixing, and just have the ability to say, "Hmm, I wonder, I wonder if, I wonder why, maybe looks like someone else is experiencing the same types of things that I am. Guess what? I'm not crazy. So, whether you are live or on replay or reading the blog, you have arrived at the exact moment you were meant to be here.‍ ‍

Welcome back, all returning connection tribe, and if this is your 1st time here, welcome to the connecting family. I am so glad you found us. I welcome you all in with open arms.

‍I’m a Spiritual Healer, Author, Retreat Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, and Evidential Medium, Stacey Niedentohl. I wear many woo-woo hats, and my passion is to meet you where you are in your journey of healing and growing. I want you to know there is no judgment, no fixing; you are not broken. Whether you are on a healing journey, or a spiritual journey, or just you're curious, and you are just wanting to know the what ifs, the whys, the how’s, you are amongst friends.

I just got back home yesterday from The Only a Whisper Away Women’s Retreat… Wonderland style. And honestly? I’m still riding the high. I’m excited you’re here to hear about it, because I’ve been replaying everything in my head since the moment I walked through my front door.

When we got home, we unpacked the van, I tossed my clothes in the wash, took a nap, picked up Rebel, and then just sat there — completely vegged out — thinking about everything we experienced. It was a lot. A beautiful lot.

And So, We Were Off

The Wonderland staff left Wednesday, and the attendees came in Thursday. We were running around getting everything ready so the space felt magical, inviting, and warm. You know that feeling when you’re preparing for something big and you can almost feel the energy before it even starts? That’s exactly what it felt like.

And now that I’m home, I’m still amped up. It’s like Wonderland followed me back.

How It Began

We stepped into this gorgeous, big home basically as strangers… and left as sisters. I didn’t expect that level of connection. Even as the facilitator. I learned so much. I watched women arrive curious, open, maybe a little unsure, but still following that whisper inside them. Just like Alice.

Alice said, “In my own world, everything would be different.” And honestly, her whole journey through Wonderland is such a perfect metaphor for the soul waking up. That tug she feels? That “something more” feeling? We all feel that. And that’s exactly what this retreat was about.

Not mediumship. Not “woo‑woo.” Just remembering who we are. Coming home to ourselves.

We looked at Alice in Wonderland as a spiritual journey; not a nursery rhyme. Every character, every symbol, every weird little moment? It’s all a reflection of us. Our inner world. Our patterns. Our fears. Our strengths. The parts of us we’ve met and the parts we haven’t yet.

SNIPPETS OF WONDERLAND

I’m not going to give everything away; we’re already planning 2027’s retreat (yes, already). Honestly, I was thinking about next year two days before we even left for this one.

But here are some pieces of Wonderland I want to share.

Alice’s Descent — Awakening

Let’s start with Alice’s fall down the rabbit hole.

Her descent symbolizes that moment when your soul becomes aware that there is more to life than what you’ve been living. You know that feeling… that whisper that says, “There’s got to be more.”

The rabbit hole is that edge we all stand on. Do we go? Do we stay? Do we wobble?

It’s the threshold where curiosity finally overrides fear. And yes, it’s chaotic. It’s uncomfortable. It’s disorienting. But that’s transformation. That’s the soul saying, “Follow me. Trust me.”

Wonderland isn’t a physical place. It’s a symbolic map inside us, our inner GPS. And every character holds a part of us.

The Archetypes — Who Are You in Wonderland?

We did a quiz — A, B, C, D, E, F, G — counted up our answers, and discovered which Wonderland archetype we embodied most. We compared zodiac signs, personality traits, and core energies.

Here are a few of the characters we explored:

White Rabbit — The Awakener

Momentum, intuition, direction. Shadow: rushing. Gift: awakening others.

Mad Hatter — The Creative Rebel

Imagination, disruption, creative chaos. Shadow: scattered energy. Gift: sparking innovation.

(I always thought I was the Mad Hatter.)

Caterpillar — The Transformer

Metamorphosis, shedding, becoming. Shadow: resisting change. Gift: guiding others through transition.

Queen of Hearts — The Boundary Keeper

Power, sovereignty, self‑respect. Shadow: defensiveness, overcontrol. Gift: teaching others to claim their worth.

(Apparently, this one is me — and honestly, it makes sense.)

Alice — The Seeker

Curiosity, exploration, wonder. Shadow: getting lost. Gift: inspiring others to question.

Looking Glass — The Inner Mirror

Reflection, clarity, truth. Shadow: overthinking. Gift: helping others see themselves clearly.

Cheshire Cat — The Intuitive Guide

Mystery, instinct, subtle knowing. Shadow: detachment. Gift: intuitive guidance.

Talking Flowers — Sisterhood

Connection, community, shared wisdom. Shadow: people‑pleasing. Gift: nurturing others.

We all have each of these characters within us at different times.

THE MODULES — WHAT WE EXPERIENCED

Down the Rabbit Hole — Awakening

Now let me tell you about going down the rabbit hole, because this part? This is where everything truly begins. This is the moment where you feel that little tug inside…that whisper and you know something is shifting, even if you can’t explain it yet.

We talked about that feeling we all get at some point in our lives. You know the one:

“There has to be more than this.” “Something’s calling me.” “I don’t know what it is, but I feel it.”

That’s the rabbit hole.

It’s that edge you stand on where you’re half curious, half terrified, and completely unsure if you’re ready. And honestly? Most of us wobble there for a long time. We lean forward, then pull back. We peek over the edge, then pretend we didn’t. We feel the pull, but we try to ignore it because it’s uncomfortable.

And that’s exactly what we talked about. How awakening isn’t neat or pretty or organized. It’s messy. It’s chaotic. It’s confusing. It’s that moment where your soul whispers, “Follow me,” and your mind screams, “Absolutely not.”

But here’s the thing: Curiosity always wins. Eventually, it overrides fear.

And that’s what Alice did. That’s what every woman in that room did. That’s what you do when you finally decide to step into your own Wonderland.

We talked about how the rabbit hole isn’t a physical place; it’s an inner threshold. It’s the moment you stop living on autopilot and start listening to that deeper part of yourself. The part that knows there’s more. The part that’s been nudging you for years. The part that’s tired of being ignored.

And when you finally take that step, even if it’s tiny, even if it’s shaky… everything changes.

Because once you go down the rabbit hole, you don’t come back the same.

You come back awake. You come back aware. You come back curious. You come back remembering pieces of yourself you forgot you had.

And that’s what this module was all about. Acknowledging that moment, honoring it, and choosing to follow it instead of running from it.

We talked about the chaos of transformation, the discomfort, the disorientation. All the things that make awakening feel scary. But we also talked about how that chaos is actually a sign that something inside you is rearranging itself into a better version of you. It’s not falling apart. It’s falling into place.

And as we sat there, sharing stories, nodding, laughing, tearing up a little, you could feel it; that collective moment of: “Oh… I’m not the only one who feels this.”

That’s the rabbit hole. That’s awakening. That’s the beginning of Wonderland.

Drink Me — Releasing Ego

Now let’s talk about Drink Me, because this module was one of those sneaky‑powerful ones. It didn’t look big on the surface, but once we got into it? Oh, it cracked things open in the best way.

The whole idea behind “Drink Me” is releasing the ego; not destroying it, not shaming it, not pretending we don’t have one. We all have an ego. It’s part of being human. But sometimes it gets a little too loud, a little too bossy, a little too protective, and it keeps us stuck in the same old patterns.

So, in this module, we talked about what the ego actually does. How it tries to keep us safe. How it tries to keep us comfortable. How it whispers things like: “Don’t try that.” “Stay small.” “Don’t rock the boat.” “What if you fail?” “What if they judge you?”

And we all nodded because… yeah. We’ve heard those whispers. We’ve listened to them. We’ve let them run the show more times than we want to admit. But “Drink Me” was about shrinking that voice just enough so we could hear something else — our intuition, our curiosity, our truth, our muchness.

We talked about how the ego loves routine. It loves the familiar. It loves the “same old, same old,” even when the same old doesn’t feel good anymore. And this module was about saying: “No. I’m not doing that anymore.”

We practiced saying no to things that drain us. We practiced saying yes to things that scare us in a good way. We practiced trying something new without needing it to be perfect. And I told everyone, “It’s okay if you try something and it doesn’t work. Try again. Try differently. Try slowly. Try boldly. Just try.”

Because shrinking the ego isn’t about becoming fearless. It’s about becoming brave enough to move even when fear is present.

And as we talked, you could feel the room soften. You could feel women realizing how much space their ego had been taking up. You could feel them letting go — just a little — of the need to control, to predict, to protect, to stay small. It wasn’t dramatic. It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t a big “aha” moment. It was subtle. Quiet. Gentle. Like loosening a knot that’s been tight for years.

And that’s what “Drink Me” was; a loosening. A softening. A releasing. A moment where everyone said, in their own way: “I’m ready to make space for something new.”

Eat Me — Embodying Our Muchness

And then we got to one of my absolute favorite parts of the whole retreat: embodying our muchness. This is the moment where everything loosened up. The energy shifted. You could feel the room exhale. You could feel women stepping into themselves in a way that was so honest and so beautiful.

We put on music; because you know me, of course we did, and I told everyone, “Just move however your body wants to move. No rules. No right or wrong. Just you.” And that’s exactly what happened. Some danced like no one was watching. Some swayed gently, eyes closed, letting the music wrap around them. Some stood still with their hands over their hearts, breathing themselves open. Some rocked side to side in their chairs, letting their bodies speak in the quietest ways. Some stretched. Some cried. Some smiled so big I swear their faces were glowing.

There was no judgment. No comparing. No “I should be doing it like her.” No performing. No shrinking. Just pure, honest, beautiful muchness.

It wasn’t about dancing. It wasn’t about movement. It was about expansion — letting yourself take up space in a world that constantly tells women to make themselves smaller. And in that moment, every single woman in that room grew bigger. Not physically — but energetically. Spiritually. Emotionally. Soulfully.

We claimed our truths out loud: “My presence is sacred.” “My voice is powerful.” “I expand without apologies.”

And you could feel it… the room getting bigger, the energy rising, the walls practically vibrating with all that muchness. It was like watching women remember themselves in real time.

This module wasn’t just an exercise. It was a reclamation. A homecoming. A permission slip to stop shrinking and start showing up fully. It was Wonderland in motion.

Caterpillar — Identity & Transformation

Now on to the Caterpillar module was one of those moments where the whole room got quiet in that deep, soul‑level way. You know the kind of quiet I’m talking about… not awkward, not uncomfortable, but the kind where everyone is suddenly very aware of themselves, their breath, their heart, their truth.

The Caterpillar is all about identity. Who we are underneath everything we’ve been carrying. And when I say this module went deep, I mean deep.

We started by talking about the Caterpillar’s energy: metamorphosis, shedding, becoming, the sacred cocoon phase. That in‑between place where you’re no longer who you were, but not yet who you’re becoming.

And then we asked the questions… the real questions… the ones most people avoid because they’re uncomfortable, but they’re also the ones that change everything.

Questions like:

Who am I underneath who I think I am? Not the version of me I perform. Not the version of me I present. Not the version of me shaped by expectations.

Who am I underneath the roles I play? Mother. Partner. Friend. Caretaker. Fixer. Peacemaker. Leader.

Who am I when all of that is stripped away?

Who am I underneath the wounds I carry? The hurt I’ve survived. The stories I’ve told myself. The things I’ve believed because someone else said them.

Who am I underneath fear? Fear of being judged. Fear of being misunderstood. Fear of being too much. Fear of not being enough.

Who am I when I am alone with my soul? No noise. No distractions. No performance. Just me.

And let me tell you, when those questions landed, you could feel the shift. Women leaned back. Women leaned forward. Women closed their eyes. Women breathed deeper. Women cried quietly. Women nodded like, “Oh… I needed this.” Because the Caterpillar doesn’t rush. The Caterpillar doesn’t force. The Caterpillar doesn’t pretend.

The Caterpillar simply becomes.

We talked about how the Caterpillar sheds what it no longer needs… not because it was bad, not because it was wrong, but because it’s simply not part of the next version of itself. And that hit home for so many of us. Because we all have things we needed once. The coping mechanisms, beliefs, habits, identities that helped us survive, but don’t help us grow.

And in that room, you could feel women realizing: “I don’t need to carry this anymore.” “This isn’t mine.” “This doesn’t fit me now.” “I’m allowed to become someone new.”

We did a meditation that took everyone into their own cocoon. That quiet, sacred place where transformation happens. And when we came out of it, the room felt different. Softer. Braver. More honest.

This module didn’t just teach transformation. It activated it. The Caterpillar did exactly what the Caterpillar is meant to do; it helped every woman in that room shed something she didn’t need any more and step closer to who she truly is. It was powerful. It was emotional. It was necessary. And it was beautiful.

Mad Tea Party — Sisterhood & Laughter

And then… oh my gosh… we had the Mad Tea Party. Let me tell you, this module was pure joy. Pure chaos. Pure connection. Exactly what the Mad Hatter would’ve wanted. You know how in Alice in Wonderland the tea party is loud, silly, unpredictable, and somehow still meaningful? That’s exactly what ours turned into; but in the best way.

First of all, I had this whole game planned. A fun, goofy, laughter‑filled activity. And guess what? I only brought half of it with me. Half. Of course I did. Classic me. I opened the bag and thought, “Well… this is going to be interesting.” But Wonderland doesn’t care about perfection. Wonderland cares about presence. So we improvised. We made it work. And honestly? It turned out even better than what I originally planned.

Women were laughing; real laughing the kind that makes your stomach hurt and your eyes water. Women were teasing each other in the sweetest way. Women were letting loose, dropping the seriousness, dropping the pressure, dropping the need to “do it right.” It was messy. It was silly. It was loud. It was chaotic. It was perfect. Because the Mad Tea Party isn’t about structure. It’s about connection. It’s about play. It’s about remembering that joy is medicine. We forget that as adults. We forget how healing it is to laugh. We forget how freeing it is to be silly. We forget how good it feels to let our guard down and just be.

But in that room? Everyone let go. Everyone softened. Everyone opened up in a way that only laughter can make possible. And something beautiful happened; the kind of thing you don’t plan for, but you hope for.

Women who barely knew each other a day earlier were suddenly laughing like old friends. Women who came in nervous were suddenly relaxed. Women who usually stay quiet were suddenly loud and playful. Women who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders were suddenly light. It was like the tea party cracked open a door inside each of us — a door to joy, to connection, to sisterhood.

And that’s the magic of the Mad Hatter. He disrupts. He shakes things up. He reminds us that creativity and chaos can be healing. He reminds us that sometimes the most profound moments come wrapped in laughter. By the end of the tea party, the room felt different. Closer. Brighter. More alive.

It wasn’t just a game. It wasn’t just laughter. It was bonding. It was medicine. It was the moment everyone realized: “Oh… I belong here.”

Cheshire Cat — Intuition

And then we stepped into the world of the Cheshire Cat — and this module had a whole different vibe. You could feel it the moment we started. It was quieter, softer, but somehow louder inside. You know that feeling when your intuition starts nudging you and you’re like, “Okay… I hear you, but also… what is happening?” That’s exactly what this day felt like.

The Cheshire Cat is all about intuition — that subtle knowing, that inner whisper, that guidance that doesn’t always make sense but somehow always ends up being right. And this module? It was almost a full day because once we opened that door, nobody wanted to close it.

We talked about how intuition doesn’t shout. It doesn’t demand. It doesn’t wave its arms around. It whispers. It nudges. It drops breadcrumbs. It shows up in the quiet moments — the ones we usually rush past. And then we did one of my favorite exercises ever: psychometry.

I handed out photos and trinkets… items that belonged to someone in the room and told everyone to hold them, breathe, and write down whatever impressions came to them. No overthinking. No analyzing. No “trying.” Just noticing. And oh my gosh… the reactions.

Almost every single woman started with, “I’m probably wrong, but…” and then said something that made the whole room turn and look at them like, “Wait… how did you know that?” Some guessed exactly who the photo belonged to. Some didn’t and it didn’t matter. Because every single person touched on an essence. A feeling. A truth. A whisper.

You could see it happening, that moment where someone realizes, “Oh… I’m not making this up. I’m actually sensing something.” It was like watching women remember a part of themselves they had forgotten. A part that had always been there. A part that had been whispering for years.

We talked about how intuition often feels like a riddle; just like the Cheshire Cat. It doesn’t give you the whole map. It gives you a grin. A hint. A direction. And you have to trust yourself enough to follow it. And that’s exactly what we practiced; trusting the whisper even when it didn’t make sense yet. Some women cried because they realized how often they’ve ignored their intuition. Some laughed because they were shocked at how accurate they were. Some sat quietly, letting the truth of their own inner knowing settle in.

We turned the volume up on the whisper. We followed the grin. We let ourselves be guided by something deeper than logic. And by the end of the module, you could feel it, the room felt different. More connected. More open. More trusting. More magical. The Cheshire Cat’s smile wasn’t just in the story, it was in the room. In the women. In the way they looked at themselves. In the way they realized:

“My intuition has been speaking to me all along. I just needed to listen.”

This module wasn’t about being psychic. It wasn’t about being perfect. It wasn’t about being right. It was about remembering that we all have an inner guide — a quiet, wise, mysterious part of us that knows the way even when we don’t.

Queen of Hearts — Sovereignty

And then we stepped into the Queen of Hearts — this module was powerful in a way that’s hard to put into words. It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t dramatic. It was steady, grounded, and deeply emotional. You could feel the energy shift the moment we started. It was like every woman in that room suddenly sat up a little straighter, breathed a little deeper, and prepared herself for something she knew she needed.

The Queen of Hearts is all about sovereignty; your power, your boundaries, your worth, your throne. Not the “off with their heads” queen. Not the reactive, fear‑based version. But the healed queen. The aligned queen. The queen who knows who she is and refuses to abandon herself ever again.

We started by talking about the shadow queen. The part of us that gets defensive, controlling, overwhelmed, or reactive when we feel unsafe or unheard. And every woman nodded because we’ve all been her. We’ve all had moments where we snapped, shut down, or overcompensated because we didn’t feel supported or respected. But then we talked about the sovereign queen… the version of us who stands tall, speaks truth, honors her boundaries, and leads with compassion instead of fear. The queen who doesn’t need to yell to be heard. The queen who doesn’t need to shrink to be loved. The queen who knows her worth without needing anyone else to validate it.

And that’s when things got real. We moved into a cord‑cutting ceremony, and the room got quiet in that sacred way. The kind of quiet where you can feel everyone’s heart beating. Women wrote letters to what no longer served them: old stories, old wounds, old patterns, old relationships, old versions of themselves they were ready to release. Some wrote pages. Some wrote a few sentences. Some cried while writing. Some stared at the paper for a long time before the words finally came. And then we went outside to the fire circle. One by one, each woman stepped forward, read her letter silently, and placed it into the fire. You could see the release happen in their shoulders, in their breath, in their eyes. It wasn’t just symbolic. It was real. It was emotional. It was necessary.

After that, we moved into the crowning ceremony and this part… well… this part was beautiful. I placed a crown on each woman’s head — not as decoration, not as a prop, but as a reminder: “You are the queen of your own life.” Some women cried. Some smiled so big their whole face lit up. Some closed their eyes and breathed it in. Some whispered, “I needed this.”

Then came the roses. We dropped red rose petals to represent the false beliefs we’ve carried: “I’m not enough.” “I should…” “I have to…” “I can’t.” “I’m too much.” “I’m not worthy.” “I don’t deserve better.” And then we replaced them with a white rose…truth, purity, sovereignty, alignment.

We claimed: “I choose myself.” “I commit to honor myself.” “I commit to speak my truth.” “I commit to live in alignment.” And you could feel it; the shift. The claiming. The remembering. The rising. Women stood taller. Women breathed deeper. Women looked at themselves differently. Women looked at each other differently.

It wasn’t just a module. It wasn’t just symbolism. It was a reclamation. The Queen of Hearts helped every woman in that room step back into her power — not the loud, aggressive kind, but the quiet, steady, sovereign kind. The kind that says: “I know who I am now. And I’m not abandoning myself ever again.”

It was one of the most beautiful moments of the entire retreat.

The Garden — Integration

And then we came to The Garden: the final module, the moment everything we’d learned, felt, released, and remembered came together. This part was gentle. Soft. Sacred. It wasn’t loud like the Mad Tea Party or emotional like the Queen of Hearts. It was grounding. It was peaceful. It was the exhale after the journey.

Now, of course, in true Wonderland fashion… it was raining. We had planned to go outside, to be in the actual garden, to feel the earth under our feet and the air around us. But Wonderland had other ideas. So, we brought the garden inside. And honestly? It made the whole thing feel even more magical… like we were creating our own little world right there in that room.

We laid out the materials. We set up the space. We dimmed the lights. We let the rain be our background music. And then we talked about what the garden really represents. The garden is integration. It’s the place where everything settles. Where the lessons root themselves. Where the insights become part of you instead of floating around you. Where the transformation you’ve been working through finally lands. We talked about how gardens don’t grow overnight. They grow slowly. Quietly. Steadily. One root at a time. One leaf at a time. One breath at a time.

And that’s exactly what this module was… a slow, steady, gentle rooting of everything we had experienced.

Women reflected on their journey. From the rabbit hole to the tea party to the crown. They talked about what surprised them. What challenged them. What healed them. What they were ready to carry forward. What they were ready to leave behind. Some wrote. Some sat quietly. Some cried softly. Some smiled. Some held their keys… their talismans and made decisions about what they were unlocking next. And then we did something simple but powerful: We claimed our throne. Not a literal throne, though honestly, we could’ve used one — but the inner throne. The place inside each woman where her sovereignty lives. Her truth. Her alignment. Her muchness. Her intuition. Her identity. Her awakening.

I told them: “You don’t leave Wonderland and go back to who you were. You leave Wonderland and step into who you’re becoming.” And you could feel it — that moment where everything clicked. The garden wasn’t just a module. It was a transition. A bridge. A homecoming. It was the moment each woman realized:

“I’m not the same person who walked in here on Thursday.” The rain kept falling outside, but inside? Inside it felt like sunlight. Warm. Soft. Hopeful. The Garden was the perfect ending — not because it wrapped everything up neatly, but because it reminded everyone that transformation doesn’t end when the retreat ends. It continues. It grows. It roots. It blooms.

And every woman left with her own seed planted… her own beginning, ready to grow in her own time, in her own way.

Sisterhood — The Moment Everything Shifted

This part… this is where everything cracked open. We created smudging feathers… glitter everywhere and then went outside to sage one another. But before anyone lifted a feather, something happened. Women started sharing. Real sharing. The kind you don’t plan. The kind you don’t script. The kind that comes straight from the soul. And instead of jumping in, instead of fixing, instead of offering advice, we responded with three simple sentences: “I see you.” “I hear you.” “I understand.” Those words changed the room. Because we don’t always get that in life. We get interrupted. We get one‑upped. We get dismissed. We get told to “look on the bright side.” But in that moment, every woman was seen. Every woman was heard. Every woman was understood. No judgment. No fixing. No rushing. Just presence.

Women who arrived as strangers hugged, cried, connected, and saw each other deeply. We straightened each other’s crowns… not to fix, not to judge, but to honor.

What I Witnessed

And now… let me tell you what I witnessed. Because this part? This is the part that still sits in my chest. This is the part that keeps replaying in my mind. This is the part that made me stop more than once and think, “Wow… this is why I do this.”

I witnessed aha moments — the kind that don’t just light up someone’s face, but soften their whole body. You know that moment when something finally clicks? When a truth lands so clearly that you can’t un‑know it? I saw that over and over again.

I witnessed tears — not the kind that come from sadness, but the kind that come from release. From relief. From remembering. From finally letting go of something that’s been held too tightly for too long. Some tears were quiet. Some were sudden. Some were shared. All of them were sacred.

I witnessed laughter — real laughter. The kind that bubbles up from the belly and spills out without permission. The kind that makes your shoulders drop and your heart open. The kind that reminds you that joy is healing, too.

I witnessed women breathing differently — deeper, slower, more intentionally. You could literally see their nervous systems settling. You could see their bodies saying, “Thank you. I needed this.”

I witnessed truths being spoken — truths that had been held in silence for years. Truths that were whispered. Truths that were shaky. Truths that were brave. Truths that were finally ready to come out. And every time someone shared, the room responded with: “I see you.” “I hear you.” “I understand.” And let me tell you, those words changed everything. Because most people don’t get that in their everyday life. Most people get interrupted. Dismissed. Talked over. Rushed. Fixed. Judged. But in that room? Every woman was held. Every woman was honored. Every woman was witnessed.

I saw walls come down — slowly at first, then all at once. I saw armor fall off — piece by piece. I saw hearts open — cautiously, then fully. I saw women soften — not because they were weak, but because they finally felt safe enough to.

I witnessed courage — the quiet kind. The kind that doesn’t announce itself. The kind that shows up in small moments: a shaky breath, a shared story, a new insight, a step forward, a letting go.

I witnessed healing — not the dramatic movie‑scene kind, but the real kind. The kind that happens in layers. The kind that happens in whispers. The kind that happens when someone finally feels seen.

I witnessed connection — deep, genuine connection. Women who didn’t know each other on Thursday were hugging like sisters by Sunday. Women who came in guarded were suddenly open. Women who came in unsure were suddenly grounded. Women who came in quiet were suddenly speaking with clarity and confidence.

I witnessed women remembering themselves — their power, their softness, their intuition, their muchness, their sovereignty. I watched them straighten their own crowns. I watched them claim their own keys. I watched them step into their own Wonderland.

And the most beautiful part? I witnessed women seeing each other… truly seeing each other. Not through comparison. Not through judgment. Not through competition. But through compassion. Through recognition. Through sisterhood.

I witnessed women say: “Me too.” “I’ve felt that.” “I’ve been there.” “You’re not alone.” And that… that is what made the retreat magic. Not the modules. Not the symbolism. Not the activities. Not the crowns or the keys or the feathers. It was the witnessing. The holding. The understanding. The remembering. It was women being seen, heard, and understood; maybe for the first time in a long time. And that is something I will never forget.

Wonderland Is Calling — 2027 Retreat

And now… let’s talk about what’s next. Because even though the retreat is over, the energy of it? The magic of it? The transformation of it? It’s still moving. It’s still humming. It’s still whispering. And honestly… Wonderland is still calling.

I’ve already started thinking about the 2027 retreat. I’m not even kidding when I say I was thinking about it two days before we left for this one. That’s how powerful this experience was. That’s how much it lit me up. That’s how much I saw women shift, open, soften, rise, and remember themselves.

And if you’re reading this and something inside you is tugging… even a tiny tug… even a whisper… even a “hmm, maybe” … then I want you to pay attention to that. Because that’s your rabbit hole. That’s your white rabbit. That’s your curiosity waking up. That’s your soul saying, “Hey… this might be for you.”

The 2027 retreat isn’t going to be a repeat of this one. Wonderland never repeats itself. It evolves. It grows. It expands. Just like we do. Just like you will. Next year will have a new theme, new modules. New symbolism. New magic. New breakthroughs. New women. New stories. New transformations. But the heart of it…the remembering, the sisterhood, the healing, the laughter, the tears, the sovereignty, the intuition, the muchness, the coming back home, that will always be the foundation.

If you felt something reading this… If you saw yourself in any part of this journey… If you’ve been craving connection, healing, clarity, or just a moment to breathe… If you’ve been feeling that “there has to be more” tug… If you’re ready to step into your own Wonderland… Then I want you to come with us next year.

You are meant to live the life you love and love the life you live. And if you’re not doing that yet… If you’re still searching… If you’re still awakening… If you’re still trying to find your way back home to yourself… Then maybe Wonderland is exactly where you need to be. And I would love, truly love — to walk that journey with you.

Wonderland is calling. And if you feel even the slightest whisper… Follow it. You may want to think about next year. This was our third year. The first year we did a grief retreat, and we talked about butterflies and the transformation, and then it seems like everybody is more on a spiritual growth. but if you are interested in a grief retreat, message me because we can definitely facilitate that. but if you want to come along next year, stay tuned. Private message me. Put in the comment only a whisper away 2027. I'll need to grab your email address so that I can have you on the list for when we start to put things out.

To quote Alice, “in my world, everything would be different”. Wonderland isn't a place outside of us. Wonderland is within us. You can choose to follow the white rabbit with curiosity, or you can choose just to stand on the end of Wonderland. Only you have that key. Only you can straighten your own crown.

But Wonderland is deep within you. Alice is calling, follow your white rabbit. I will talk to you next week.

Have a magical Wonderland Day!

I love each and every one of you, and I'll talk to you next week.

Stacey
