Manifesting Thoughts

Welcome to the recap from the January 27, 2026 Tuesday Talks at 1030. If you're brand new to the blog, welcome, and thank you for all who tune in every Tuesday.

It is such a humbling experience to know that you are learning about your path. My hope is this space helps you to move forward in spiritual path. I started this about five years ago, and it is meant to reach anyone who desires connecting to their innermost self. We discuss things like grief, meditation, mediumship readings, all things, energetic, spiritually calming, and growing within yourself.

We are at the last Tuesday of January. Do you believe that? It’s hard to believe that we are coming up on the last few days into 2026

This year is all about navigating growth from within. Showing you how to relocate the energy within yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.

I started off January with the topic universal year of one. (2+0+ 2+6 = 10 broken down to the smallest number for numerology 1). We touched upon fresh starts and bold actions, foundation building and inner work. And if you missed those episodes, you can always rewatch them on YouTube or on the website.

Today, let’s look into manifesting. Why manifesting? Since this is the universal year of one, fresh starts and bold actions, your power portal within yourself is opening. Now is the time. You’re creating the vision of what you want to bring into your life.

The thought of manifesting brings several quotes to thought process. Let’s take a look at these words of wisdom.

“The mind is everything, what you think, you become.” -Buddha.

“Where your mind goes, your energy flows.”

“Your thoughts are the architects of your destiny.” — David McKay. I love that you think about an architect and it’s what it’s drawing, what it’s envisioning, but your mind and is the architect to your destiny. What do you want to create?

“Every intention sets energy into motion, whether you are aware of it or not.” — Henry David Thoreau. When you think something, you’re putting energy into motion whether you realize it or not.

“As within, so without.” — Unknown

“Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the universe.”

The important thing to remember is you are manifesting what you constantly think about. You are co-creating with the universe the direction of your energy. A shift in your thought process is manifesting, whether you know it or not, you manifest things every day based on what you’re thinking.

Let’s define manifesting. It is the concept of turning thoughts, beliefs, and feelings into reality. It’s is the concept change. Rather than just thinking, you’re putting action behind it. Placing motion into attracting the desired outcome. You are aligning the internal state (thought) and connecting to and aligning with mindset, your emotions, your energy, to your external state of being. Co-creating your life. Wow, right? I just gave you a lot of things to think about.

The main idea to realize that all things you focus your intentions and can see yourself doing or becoming, all these things are possible within you. Visualize your actions. See yourself doing, being, saying, in the process of instead of just wishing it could be.

What do you need for that? You need clarity. You need to believe that is possible, and you need to take the appropriate steps so you can think something and visualize it, but if you don’t put action behind it, it’s just a wish, it’s just a dream. Start paying attention to where your mind goes. What are you thinking about? Where the mind goes…. Energy flows. With awareness, brings guiding the mind to believe strongly in yourself that you can make it happen, matching your vibration, how you feel, to attract similar feelings, similar items, similar situations, and into your life. And if you don’t think what you think you attract. Let me give you a for instance. You purchase a vehicle, and all of a sudden you see the same car on the road everywhere? Same color, same make, you are in your vehicle, subconsciously thinking about your vehicle and low and behold here come others similar to yours. Where your mind goes, your energy flows. It attracts things to you.

Manifesting, is so much more than a wish or a thought.” I wish I could. Wouldn’t it be nice if someday I’ll have” We have all said these things at one time or another, but it’s having that deep belief within yourself and shifting the subconscious mind.

If you’ve been following since the beginning of January, I have been talking about the small step method. I’m practicing this method to keep myself from getting overwhelmed and unfocused. Deep down, my subconscious mind tells me I can’t or I shouldn’t. I have named my subconscious mind Greta. And when Greta starts to interfere with her negative talk. I stop and tell Greta, “Stop it. You can’t play in my sandbox today. This is Stacey’s world”. It is changing the subconscious mind that thinks that you can’t, that thinks that you won’t, and putting steps in that to achieve what you want.

This blending is of your internal thoughts with external results, being mindful. I am now more aware of when Greta butts in. I may be focused on something, and all of a sudden, I see something else on my desk, and I have to say, “Greta, stay focused”. Or I think about creating something, and Greta says, “Who would ever want to do anything like that?” “Greta, stop it.” It is time to acknowledge confidence in yourself. Connect your mind and your body with your energetic vibration. Believe in yourself, think positive thoughts.

Reality does need to also become aware of overstepping or overthinking, or over-planning. You know you have a really big purpose; you can feel it deep within your soul. You know that belief in manifesting will create the environment that attracts your tribe. I never think that a dream is too big to dream. Everything in your mind is telling your body, “Man, we need to do this.” How does the body respond? Is it with actions to build your confidence, or do you sit still, too afraid because you are thinking, what if I fail? Time to get past the fear and doubt. No more thinking of worst-case scenarios. You adjust where needed, building your confidence and celebrating the small victories until the results you need appear. You have now created space for them to appear. Small victories drive actions. I’m proof of it. This month I started with my small step method, I have one-hour increments. And, I mean, truly, one-hour increments. I’ve gotten so many things accomplished. I went into my bedroom and I wanted to reorganize everything but, but the thought of that is just so overwhelming. I started in the far back corner, reorganize that and walked out of the room. Spent 1 hour reorganizing my closet in the shop and closed the door. I continued to address my bedroom and closets in the shop a little bit at a time. Well, the closets are done and organized upstairs. My bedroom is 99% complete. There are still two drawers that I was organizing, and then I got fed up, and I just kind of like jammed everything back in. (Here’s the thing, I went over my hour) We’ve all been there. I was getting close to my hour and went over. But it’s the small victories. When I look at what I’ve gotten done it is not overwhelming. It does not feel like I have been defeated. I feel victorious.

When you’re manifesting, here’s what you want to do. One: Get clarity. Know the why. Why do I want this? Hmm, so let’s say you’re a parent, maybe your why is so that my children have a better life than I did. If you’re in school, your why is because you want a certain career. Why do you want this career? Because I want to help people or I want to build houses. Find your why. Make it important. Nothing’s going to stop you because of the importance of your why. Granted, you might have some small setbacks, but that's what keeps bubbling up. Next, believe it, visualize it. See yourself already achieving it. I think to myself, musicians visualize the music. They’re visualizing being on stage. They’re visualizing the sound. They’re visualizing the audience, the reactions of the audience, but they have to put action behind it. So, guess what? They have to play, they have to practice, they have to read about popular songs. They need to connect with their other bandmates. There’s action. It’s creating a space to bring it into existence.

With the women’s retreat. I could visualize, actions of what I feel it will look and feel like. We drove to the house that we’re renting this year because I needed to see it. I had a picture, but I needed to see the actual house. I needed to visualize it. And I visualize how I’m going to have it set up. I visualize the welcome gifts. I visualize some of the classes that I’m going to teach and facilitate. I visualize how the guests are going to arrive and how they’re going to feel. I visualize all of it to create a space that brings it into existence. You can create a vision board; you can journal about the process. I had a downloaded vision the other night about the retreat and I was up writing notes till 2:00 in the morning. I already knew the theme, but then all of a sudden, the ideas started clicking while I was meditating, visualizing. When I write things down, one, I don’t forget them and two, I feel like I am making a commitment to see it through. It tells your brain I’m all in. I am signing a contract with myself.

Number three, release your fears and your doubts. Identify them. Look closely at why they exist. Why do I doubt myself? Is it an excuse that I don’t have enough time? That’s an excuse. If it’s important enough to you, you’ll make time. Maybe something in your schedule doesn’t need to be in your schedule anymore. I have clients tell me all the time I don’t have time to meditate. Well, if you take a shower every morning, meditate in the shower before you go to sleep at night, meditate. It relaxes the body. Fall asleep while you’re meditating. I don’t have enough time to read. You know what? Read a page a day. I don’t have time to reorganize my closet. Spend 1 hour at a time. If there is a real obstacle that’s stopping you, think about a workaround. When there’s construction on a road, and you know you need to be somewhere, you find a workaround? Or do you sit in construction? Most people would find a route around the construction. Even if it’s out of the way, it probably will save time instead of being stuck in construction. You’ve visualized and created a better way around.

You’ll succeed if you think good thoughts, if you manifest how it looks, if you ask the universe to show you. Last week, we talked about being your own work of study, learning yourself. It doesn’t mean if I just visualize that it’s going to come into being. Placing intentional action towards your vision. 5. Trust the process. You’ve heard the saying good things come to those who wait. That does not mean wait to take action. It means trust the process. Put action behind it. I’m doing all that I can to create this. It is not going to happen overnight. Trust the process. Opportunities will start to appear. Honor them. Take the things that you have control over that are physically stopping you, mentally stopping you, and find a different route.

Put a name on the negative voice in your head. “Greta. Stop talking that way.”

Let go of the thought process of having to have control of everything at all times, that will make you crazy. Trust the process.

Put action into play. Take inspired, intentional steps towards creating what you’re believing and acting as if it’s already happening. Just believing in yourself, that’s a victory. Clarity, believing and visualizing, releasing fears, putting intentional steps into play, trusting the process.

I want to say manifesting is not scientifically proven. But you know what? A lot of things aren’t. The proof is in you. Your mindset and the actions you take are the result of how it feels. Bring it to completion. This is a universal, energetic proof of your soul to create or to do something, to be, not scientifically proven, but think about it. Psychologically, mindset creates motivation that you are focused on. Energy is where the mind goes. Energy flows. It creates optimism and belief in yourself, which leads to more actions and small successes along the way. So psychologically, it’s proven. I mean, good God, just, you know, in the 27 days we’ve had in January, how much I’ve gotten done, a little bit at a time, you know, it makes a huge difference. And it feels good to see all that I have accomplished. I’m talking to everybody about it. It is helping me to get organized. It’s time management. It’s clearing out. It’s purging, it’s getting rid of and it feels good. So psychologically, you are cultivating the way you want to feel, your mindset, your energy, and ultimately, you are living and believing in yourself. How many people have struggled with believing in themselves, because maybe someone in this world told remarked, you can’t, you shouldn’t. Why are you? You’re such a dreamer. You’re so sensitive, you’re this, you’re this, this is me. I urge you to open the door to yourself, belief, even if it’s just a crack, and see the positive opportunities that the universe wants to offer you. Say, “Yes, I’m in,” It’s crazy, but it’s the way I felt when I finished. And just in small segments. Small, time framed blocks kept me motivated. I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I didn’t just start tossing stuff without looking at it, which I’ve been known to do.

Control leaves you stuck, powerless, actively placing your energy in park. Unleash the universal creative forces by manifesting and believing with clarity and your why. You will be motivated to create actions. It forces you to become a magnet for all the things you desire. Want to be a magnet to abundance? I want to be a magnet to like-minded people. I want to be a magnet to help cultivating this energy. It may feel a little uncomfortable at first, like going to the gym. You are creating the energy of what you wish to experience.

We are all energy, vibrating low (negative mind,) you attract low vibrational things, low vibrational events, circumstances. If you think you can’t, you won’t. You will continue to be stuck until you change your mindset. To start, trust that you have the ability to raise your vibration, to think past positive, to put intentional actions behind it, to believe in yourself. With that focus and clarity, all of a sudden, higher vibrational opportunities appear. The universe is great at placing people in your path that match your vibration. Have ever met someone that you automatically just clicked with for some reason? “I was thinking about doing such-and-such, maybe we could collaborate.?” Your job is to be mindful and notice it.

When I think about something that I want to manifest, I’m asking the universe and stating my why. I’m visualizing it and I’m seeing it. I always accompany it by saying “or something better, show me how to ….” I’m not bargaining with the universe. I’m just saying along the way, if there is a better, a greater circumstance, a greater opportunity that I should connect with, show it to me.

You’re on the spiritual path of what you wish to become, what you intend. Don’t rush it by trying to take shortcuts. Celebrate the small victories, thank the universe. Don’t just check it off and keep on moving. You will still feel that pull to keep going. When the universe puts people or opportunities in your path keep going. Here’s that small print. “Show me in a way that I can’t miss it, and if I miss it, show it to me again.” I’m setting an intention with the universe to say, “I need you to show me and put people in my path that can help me move forward in this vision I feel because my passion is (state it) and if I miss it, show me again. Hopefully I won’t miss it again and then, but if I miss it again, show me again. And then when it comes and you see it, wow, thank you. I see what you did there. I’m watching. I’m paying attention. I see how this all clicks into space. Commit to being mindful, noticing things, to having a positive attitude, to meditate and think about and visualize the outcome as if you’re already doing journal along the way. This is that universal year of one so many great things are coming your way. Ask, believe, manifest. Have clarity.

What are my steps? Get clarity and your why? Believe in yourself. Release the fears we all live in fear. Oh, my god, stop it. Put action into play, positive action, intentional action. Trust the process.

I want you to remember those quotes that I told you in the beginning. “The mind is everything. What you think you become. Your thoughts are the architects of your destiny.

Think about if you’re building the house, do you want a shoddy architect that makes your foundation fall apart? We talked about foundation last week. No. So your mind is the architect. Your architect needs to be positive and know what they’re doing and learning along the way. Every intention sets energy into motion, whether you know it or not, and manifesting is the art of co- creating your universe. It’s your life, it’s your body, it’s your mind, it’s your energy.

Shouldn’t you be a co-creato instead of just letting the world push you around? What I have given you on this 27th day of January, 2026 universal year one, are some helpful hints to bring into your daily life. Choose one. Choose them all, they’re going to help you live the life you love and love the life you live, so that you can change it.

Find clarity. What do you want to bring into this world? What do you want to be known for? What legacy do you want to leave to your family or to your kids that’s part of your soul path that’s part of your why?

I hope this has helped you and given you some clarity to think about what you need to release in the past couple Tuesday Talks, healing from within, building your foundation, manifesting different things, power, actions.

These are all the things that can make you the best that you want to be. And I’m not saying that you’re not good enough. If you feel a tug in your heart, in your soul, in your body, to be or to do something, get clarity, find your why. Get rid of your doubts. Believe in yourself, trust the process and put action behind it and do it. Celebrate the little victories along the way.
