Who is learning from you without you even realizing they’re learning? I believe something happens in our lives that we don’t talk about enough. We become teachers long before we ever decide we’re ready to teach. We become leaders without ever asking anyone to follow us. And sometimes, the people learning from us never tell us that we made a difference.
